SHIPPING TIMES

Regular Fulfillment Times: During Our Going Out Of Business Sale, orders may take longer than our 3-6 day normal processing time. You will receive shipping notification when your package is filled which will update as it gets scanned at the Post Office. 

SHIPPING:  Shipping is done through USPS and UPS. Most packages include insurance automatically due to the type of postage necessary for shipping those size packages. Please let us know if you need assistance with a stuck or undelivered package. If your package arrives damaged, please do not throw away any of the packaging or items. We will need photos of both of these to file a claim.

If your order is incorrect, please reach out to us as we are always happy to help.

PLEASE NOTE:  All of our jars are filled by weight (not volume).  During our Going Out of Business Sale your dips may be in a .25 oz jar (with .25oz weight of dip) OR a .5 oz jar (with .25oz weight of dip).  The level of powder in the jar may appear different since powder, glitters, flakes, & foils all take up a different amount of space.  

We take pride in making quality products and getting orders fulfilled as quickly as possible.  We always want you to get what you ordered. If you ever receive an order that has broken or missing items, please message our business page immediately so that we can resolve this issue. If your item is incorrectly addressed by us, we will correct this problem asap. All orders damaged in delivery will be handled through Post Office Insurance.

OUTSIDE MAINLAND US & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We are not currently shipping outside the U.S.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of these products, we can not accept returns and All Sales Are Final.

We do our best to provide many photos of our products in our store and Facebook site. The photos are as close to actual colors as possible. However, different lighting and screens may vary those colors. If you receive a color that you believe is “wrong”, please contact us within 10 days so we can evaluate the issue.  We are unable to accept defective claims after 10 days from the date of delivery. If a refund is needed, it will be in the original form of payment.

For missing items in your order, please contact us immediately so we can send your missing items right away.  

* We are a home based business and do have a dog that lives in our home. Although our business space is separate, dog hair may travel or stick to plastic jars, bags, etc. so if you have a pet allergy, please be aware of this.
